Regularisation of service of a daily wage employee who worked years together.

The applicant was appointed as N.M.R in the year 1978. Subsequently he was appointed as Silpi Works Maistry. Thereafter he got promoted as an Assistant Stapathi in the year 2005, while so, the state of A.P. has issued G.O.M.S. No. 212 for regularisation of service of daily wage/NMR/consoldated pay employees. The applicant's service was regularised in the year 1999. But as per G.O.M.S. No. 212, the applicant was entitled for regularisation of his service from 25-11-1993. The applicant requested the government to regularise his service from 25-11-1993. The authorities did not do so, and regularised his service from the 09-02-99. Thus the applicant has lost his service nearly 6 years. Then he approached to the Hon’ble Tribunal for counting of his eligible service with condonation of delay. The Tribunal condoned the delay and directed the registry to registered it as ORIGINAL APPLICATION IS ALLOWED
