Anticipatory bail under section 498 A, 323,341 of IPC

Brief facts of the case:
A wife filed a complaint against her husband and in-laws alleging that her husband and her in-laws were harassed for additional dowry etc And a case was filed against her husband and her in-laws under section 498 A, 323, 341 of IPC. Based on the complaints filed by her a crime was registered.

An anticipatory bail u/s 498A was moved before lower court and the same was dismissed by the said Court stating that there are serious allegations against the husband and in-laws.

Questioning the order of the Court below the husband and in-laws were moved for anticipatory bail before the Hon’ble High Court of A.P. The High Court of A.P after hearing at length of the arguments by me and was granted anticipatory bail to husband and in-laws under section 498 A, 323, 341 of IPC on condition that by executing two personal bonds each.
