1. I/We undertake to get the work of internal pipe fittings certified by the licensed Engineer and use standard materials.
2. I/We Further accept that any officer authorized by the Board can inspect the premises at any reasonable time for inspection of the fittings.
3. I/We hereby undertake that the connection given to the premises on my name has no bearing on any legal right regarding the property in question.
Please Note:
1. Duly filled in Application along with necessary documents should be submitted only at: O/o. Deputy General Manager, Single Window Clearance cell, HMWSSB, Khairatabad.

2. For Processing the file an amount of Rs.500/- for 15mm Size connection and Rs.1000/- for other size will be levied. This fee will be adjusted towards the charges to be paid by the applicant if the connection is subsequently sanctioned. In case, the Board is unable to give the sanction, the processing fee will be returned to the Customer. In case the applicant Fails to take the connection within 30 days after sanction, the amount will be forfeited by the Board.

3. For 15mm dia connection, a sump with 1000 litres capacity (L4ft x B-3ft x D-3ft) is to be constructed before the connection is released. The location of the sump should be within 3 meters from the compound wall where the connection is given, to ensure minimum presssure loss and adequate supply.

4. The water and sewer connection will be given by HMWSSB's Green Brigade only for which an amount of Rs. 1500=00 (Rupees one thousand five hundred only) will be charged towards road cutting, excavation, cost of 15mm dia pipe, laying etc, complete for a length of 35 Rmt. (Max.)
