The Land Lord of your house has not paid the taxes due by him inspite of several demands made to him. Under
Section 276 of H. M. C. Act, 1955, you are directed to remit the above said sum into this office within (30) days. Necessary
receipt will be granted on payment of the amount. If no payment is received from you before the above said date necessary
action for the recovery will be taken against you under the provisions of the H. M. C. Act, 1955.
